Wrangling The Drupal Client

In this session we will discuss how to “wrangle your clients” through a Drupal project. We all know that the client relationship is one of love and hate and we all wish it were easier. If this is you, you are not alone. This exists for everyone from the one-man freelance shop through the multi-million dollar ad firm. In many cases, the person selling the project is also the person managing the project or at least prepping the client and project for execution. This can add frustration to the client/provider relationship.
