Have you ever been asked by a content admin how they can add tabs, two column lists, expanding/collapsing FAQ's, or how they can add content to other regions on a given page? Sometimes blocks cut it, sometimes it requires multiple templates or content types, sometimes it requires panels, and sometimes it requires a custom solution. Most times the content editor needs to go to multiple pages and they are left confused and overwhelmed. Podgroups to the rescue! Podgroups is a relatively new module that was developed to support the needs of enterprise corporate websites (Fortune 500 companies). It is based off CCK’s multigroup module, but builds on it’s functionality by adding the ability to nest instances of different groups of CCK fields inside of each other. Confused? We were too, but once you see it’ll all make sense.
