After a quick email with ezra-g and a fear of cross-over with his Introduction To Module Development, I'd like to propose a more advanced session for module development centering around the Drupal Form API and its ooey-gooey Drupal awesomeness. I always wished I had seen the power that the Form API offers developers who are writing and altering modules. So, if you are wondering about form creation, validation, and submission, join me as we walk through the elements that the API offers us. We will also move into more advanced features as we introduce and explore the #AHAH key and what callbacks for AJAX submission are offered. Depending on the level of the group and time allowed we can also save time to discuss the pitfalls and gotchas surrounding Drupal Core's caching mechanism and AJAX form submissions.
