Delivering Digital Innovation

How can you deliver innovation for your users/clients? Do you employ the right kind of people? Is your company a "chop-shop" or is it made up of forward-thinkers? What does it take to deliver innovation to your users/clients? How should you run your team? Where does R&D come in? In this session, we'll explore the ways that a development team can deliver digital innovation for its clients and/or users. We'll explore some of the attributes of an innovative team and some ideation strategies that facilitate the delivery of digital innovation.
