In this session, Peter will provide a general overview of CiviCRM and its implementation on a Drupal website. CiviCRM is a free, open source software customer relationship management solution. It’s equally usable for non-profits and small businesses with needs to track clients, emails, event registrations and more. You will learn details of modules, functionality, extensibility, and out-of-the-box configuration. Focus is on getting the most functionality without lots of investment.
